Design Concept:
The design presents a strong technological aesthetic with a future-oriented vision, reflecting the Fubon A25 building. The area is surrounded by stacked boxes, enhancing the sense of depth for photo-taking. Each box features motivational slogans prepared by different departments. We encourage participants to take photos with these boxes as a keepsake. All boxes and structures are made from D-board, which not only aligns with ESG concepts but also allows participants to take a box as a memento.
Challenges:
One of the most challenging aspects of organizing an event is coordinating the timing and content among various vendors. This is especially true for major exhibition events, where the setup often occurs simultaneously. Key challenges during the setup phase include managing schedules, positioning structures, and addressing additional requests from the client.
Resolution:
Before the event, vendors will hold a production meeting to discuss timing, structures, and other details. Additionally, some vendors may be required to be on standby at the event to handle any situations that arise. For example, print vendors are usually required to remain on-site to address any urgent printing needs.
